When Tahoe Forest Hospital District needs the helipad markings renewed, they call us. Emergency aircraft land on our lines — layout accuracy and paint durability aren’t marketing points at that job, they’re the whole assignment.
The same precision goes into every parking lot: correct stall dimensions, compliant ADA spaces and access aisles, fire lanes where the fire district wants them, and reflective or textured materials matched to how the surface gets used, and plowed.

Faded lines are
a liability.
Striping fades faster in the mountains. Plows scrape it, snow hides it, and altitude UV bleaches it. When lines go faint, stalls get ambiguous, accessible spaces stop being compliant, and fire lanes stop being enforceable.
A re-stripe is one of the cheapest line items in property maintenance, and one of the most visible. Most commercial clients pair it with their sealcoat cycle. Fresh black surface, fresh white lines, done in one mobilization.
