Asphalt sealcoating, crack sealing, and striping for Tahoe Donner driveways and lots, from the crew that’s maintained Sierra pavement since 1965.
Working in Tahoe Donner
Tahoe Donner sits on the ridge above Truckee at roughly 6,750 feet — higher, snowier, and harder on asphalt than town. With about 6,500 properties it’s one of the largest homeowners associations in the country, and the Tahoe Donner HOA is a longtime Sutton Co. client.
We maintain driveways all over the subdivision and know its microclimate well: heavier plow traffic, longer snow cover, and shaded north-slope drives that hold ice weeks after the sun-side has cleared. Sealcoat schedules here run on the earlier side of the season window.

Tahoe Donner sits on the ridge above town, up Northwoods Boulevard from downtown Truckee. It is a short climb in distance and a real one in elevation, and the subdivision road network fans out for miles once you are inside it.
At nearly 6,800 feet and up, winter is the default condition and summer is the exception. Pavement spends a large share of the year buried, then spends spring cycling through melt and hard overnight freezes. Crack sealing before the snow is the single most valuable thing that happens to asphalt up here.
This is driveway country at scale, thousands of them, plus association amenity lots and the private road network that ties it together. Driveways here tend to be long, sloped, and plowed hard, so crack work usually leads and sealcoat follows on a rotation.
That is how we prefer to do it. Pavement condition drives the whole scope, and a quote made without seeing the surface is a guess. We reply to requests within one business day and set up a walkthrough from there.
No such thing. Driveways are a large share of what we do, and small jobs get grouped efficiently on the schedule. The only thing that makes a small job hard is calling in late in the season.
