Sealcoating and striping in Alpine Peaks, up the road from the ski valley.

Asphalt sealcoating, crack sealing, and striping for Alpine Peaks driveways and lots, from the crew that has maintained Sierra pavement since 1965. (530) 587-4161

Alpine Peaks is a residential area up the Alpine Meadows road off Highway 89, higher than the valley floor and deep in the terrain that makes this side of the lake what it is.

Higher and further in means more snow, more plow passes, and a season that opens later than it does down on the highway. Pavement here is worked hard for months and then asked to look presentable in July.

Getting to Alpine Peaks from the yard

Alpine Peaks is south of Truckee on Highway 89 and then up the Alpine Meadows road, past the valley floor. One way in and out, which shapes how work gets sequenced.

What Alpine Peaks pavement is up against

This is the top of our range, and the pavement lives the hardest life of anything we maintain. Snow arrives sooner, sits deeper, and leaves later than it does anywhere lower on the list. The window for sealer is genuinely narrow, so work at this elevation gets booked early and scheduled tight.

Residential drives and the access roads that serve them. Single-corridor access means the work gets staged to keep the road usable rather than closing it, which is a scheduling question worth raising early.

Planning the work

What we will not do is sell a coating over pavement that has failed underneath. If an area has broken down into the base it needs repair or replacement, which is paving work, and paving is not what we do. The assessment that comes back to you separates what is worth protecting from what is past it.

Questions we get from Alpine Peaks

Can you look at my Alpine Peaks property before quoting?

That is how we prefer to do it. Pavement condition drives the whole scope, and a quote made without seeing the surface is a guess. We reply to requests within one business day and set up a walkthrough from there.

Can you schedule Alpine Peaks work around my tenants or guests?

Usually yes. Lots get phased so part of the property stays open, and driveways get timed to a gap between guests. Give us the constraints up front and we will build the schedule around them.

Do you do the striping too, or just the sealcoating?

Both, and they belong together. Sealcoat covers every line in a lot, so restriping is part of the job rather than an add-on. It is also the cheapest moment to fix a layout that was not working.
