Working in Incline Village

Local pavement,
local knowledge.

Incline Village is the biggest community on our Nevada side — miles of residential streets, commercial centers, and mountain neighborhoods rising toward the Mt. Rose Highway. The Incline Village General Improvement District and Tyrolian Village HOA are both on our client list.

Dual licensing means Incline property owners get the same crew and materials we run in Truckee, with the Nevada paperwork handled. HOA road networks, commercial lots, and single driveways all schedule on our regular Incline rounds.

What we do in Incline Village

Three services.
Built for this elevation.

Asphalt Sealcoating

OverKote sealer, proven in this climate for 30+ years. The layer that takes the plow-and-sun beating instead of your asphalt.

Crack Sealing

Routed, cleaned, and pressure-filled with hot rubberized sealant, so freeze-thaw can’t turn hairlines into potholes.

Striping

Lots, ADA layout, courts, and trails — crisp lines that stand up to snow-removal season.

Getting to Incline Village from the yard

Incline Village is east on Highway 28 past Crystal Bay, the far end of our regular territory and a genuine drive from the yard.

What Incline Village pavement is up against

Up in the 6,300s, plow traffic and snow load are heavier than they are down in town, and it shows in the wear pattern. Sealcoat gets scraped off travel lanes faster, edges take more abuse, and any raised crack lip becomes a target for the blade. Pavement at this elevation earns its life from crack sealing more than from its last coat.

Incline is a full community in its own right: district facilities, commercial lots, and a large residential network stepping up the hillside. Being licensed in Nevada under 29573 is what lets us work here at all, and most Incline projects get planned rather than squeezed in.

Questions we get from Incline Village

How far ahead should I book work in Incline Village?

Earlier than feels necessary. The mountain season runs roughly June through September, and every property in the area needs the same handful of weeks. Spring calls get the dates people want. August calls often wait for next year.

Will you tell me if my Incline Village pavement is past saving?

We will, plainly. Sealcoat over failed pavement is a black cover on a real problem, and we do not sell that. We do not pave either, so we have no reason to talk anyone into work in either direction.
