Getting to Dollar Point from the yard
Dollar Point is just northeast of Tahoe City on Highway 28, a short hop once you are on the shore road.
What Dollar Point pavement is up against
Above 6,250 feet the winter is longer and the equipment working the pavement is busier. More plow passes mean more surface wear and more chances for a blade to catch an edge. Going into the season with a smooth surface and closed cracks is what separates pavement that holds up here from pavement that does not.

Do you do the striping too, or just the sealcoating?
Both, and they belong together. Sealcoat covers every line in a lot, so restriping is part of the job rather than an add-on. It is also the cheapest moment to fix a layout that was not working.
Will you tell me if my Dollar Point pavement is past saving?
We will, plainly. Sealcoat over failed pavement is a black cover on a real problem, and we do not sell that. We do not pave either, so we have no reason to talk anyone into work in either direction.
