Asphalt sealcoating, crack sealing, and striping for West Truckee driveways and lots, from the crew that’s maintained Sierra pavement since 1965.
Working in West Truckee
West Truckee runs out Donner Pass Road toward the lake — Gateway, the older neighborhoods above the river, and the commercial strip that serves them. It’s five minutes from our yard, which makes it the easiest scheduling on our whole map.
Driveways here are classic Truckee: mid-century asphalt that’s survived decades because somebody maintained it. We can usually get you a same-week estimate through most of the season.

West Truckee runs along the Donner Pass Road corridor between downtown and the lake, five minutes from the yard.
At roughly 5,900 feet, this pavement runs through the full mountain freeze-thaw cycle every winter. Pavement here dries out earlier in the spring than the ridge communities do, which usually means the working season opens a few weeks sooner. That does not make it mild. It still cycles through freezing and thawing constantly on both shoulders of winter, and that cycling is what opens cracks.
A mix of commercial frontage on the corridor and residential streets behind it. Being this close to the yard means small jobs can be grouped efficiently, which is worth knowing if the driveway only needs a crack pass rather than a full treatment.
We will, plainly. Sealcoat over failed pavement is a black cover on a real problem, and we do not sell that. We do not pave either, so we have no reason to talk anyone into work in either direction.
Yes, and association work is a big part of what we do up here. Road networks get assessed segment by segment, sealed on a rotation, and crack sealed annually. Boards usually start those conversations in winter or early spring.
