Schaffer’s Mill is a private golf community in Martis Valley, sharing the same corridor and much of the same climate as its neighbors between Truckee and the lake.
Martis Valley pavement sits in a middle elevation band, which means a working season that opens later than town and closes earlier than the west slope. Scheduling here is a spring conversation rather than a summer one.

This elevation sits in the middle of our range. Snow clears later than it does in town and earlier than it does on the summit, and the practical result is a working window measured in weeks rather than months. Booking ahead matters more here than most owners expect the first year.
Association roads, clubhouse and amenity lots, cart path pavement, and residential drives. Cart paths are their own category: narrow, thin, and easy to overlook until the edges start breaking away.
Planning the work
What we will not do is sell a coating over pavement that has failed underneath. If an area has broken down into the base it needs repair or replacement, which is paving work, and paving is not what we do. The assessment that comes back to you separates what is worth protecting from what is past it.

We will, plainly. Sealcoat over failed pavement is a black cover on a real problem, and we do not sell that. We do not pave either, so we have no reason to talk anyone into work in either direction.
Do you do the striping too, or just the sealcoating?
Both, and they belong together. Sealcoat covers every line in a lot, so restriping is part of the job rather than an add-on. It is also the cheapest moment to fix a layout that was not working.
